It was roughly about, two years ago, when I came across Summer Murdock and completely fell in love with her art. If you do not follow her, please, do yourself a favor and go check out her website. Her use of light and shadows, always has me in complete awe!! When I realized she taught a class, I immediately put it on my goal list! Two years later, I was able to take her Magic of Light Class over at Illuminate Classes !!! I learned so much in this class and am so thankful for the opportunity to learn from Summer. She was able to put things into perspective for me that I didn't quite understand before. And with the weather starting to finally cooperate and life slowing down a bit I am excited to go out and practice what we learned!!
I will admit I was a bit worried that this class would not live up to the reputation that proceeded it. I can thankfully report, that this class is packed full of information and inspiration!! Summer is there to answer all questions and provides feed back for images submitted for assignments. Registration opens for the next set of classes March 20! A huge shout out to my kids who chased light around our home and neighborhood with me to complete my assignments!! And my husband being ever so patient with me while I took the extra time to go through this class! Here are just a few of my favorites that I took while taking her class!
